CoC + Bunnies and Burrows = Bunnies and Barrows. We actually played this for several sessions.
All Flesh Must Be Eaten + 7th Sea = 7th Seasoning. Zombie pirates comb the bloody waters of the Caribbean for flesh and blood!
Big Mouth, Small Brain: Kawaaaiii! Zombies! Sanrio Sanrio Waaaah!
Bloodshadowrun of Heroes: Caped film-noir angst in a world of magic and phone phreaking.
Ghost Dogs in the Vineyard: Cowboy Mormon bounty hunters corral evil spirits and send them back to the Beyond.

Blue Rose Planet: Romantic Sci-Fi adventure with psionic dolphins

OK here goes,

Changeling: Talislanta - Yes, Elves!
Armegeddon: 1889 - Steam mechs on mars
Darwin's World of Warcraft - It all had to end sometime.
Ambler (Amber + Traveller) - Travelling the stars without dice
Cyberpunk 90210 - Augmented teenage drama with guns
Over the Edge Rolemaster - AL Amarja is now weird AND complicated
Mekton of the Gods - Chinese kung-fu fantasy with frickin' robots
Ptolus Evolved - 2000 more pages
D02 Modern - The Diaglo edition
Transhuman 40K - In the dark future there is only borgs

You know, with the exceptions of combinations involving joke games (e.g. HOL) or awful/offensive (and also just plain bad) games (e.g. FATAL), I would be much, much more likely to pick up most of these than I would most of the products currently on shelves.

Grand Theft Mecha?
Diceless Traveler?
Darkloft?
Collectible Frikken Chess?

A large majority of these are awesome ideas.

So, how would that work? You can change shape at will, but each shape must be an elf? Might get a bit repetitive, but it could be worse - after all, elves are a really great race, second to one, and every shapeshifter that is not already one should try to skinwalk into the elven realm! ;)
