Good luck with that. I had just gotten a new job, and had been given a signing bonus (made me feel like an athlete, which pretty much never happens for this fat lazy slob). So, I essentially had an amount of "found money" and I was able to sell her on the idea that I should be able to spend some of it on fun stuff.
