Plus it is not just for D&D or Pathfinder, I have used it for running L5R, Aces and Eights, Hackmaster Basic, and Castles and Crusades. Its good for any RPG that uses initiative counts.
Like for HMb and Aces and Eights I use the round counter to keep track of seconds or 1/10's of a second. When I go beyond 20 seconds in HMb, or 2 seconds in Aces and Eights, I put a marker that I leave at the end to remind me I have restarted, so when I need to know the total count I add up the markers and the current count up. The longest combat I have had in HMb is 54 seconds, and in Aces and Eights was 3.6 seconds, so it has worked well.
