I'm just wondering how many of our fellow gamers have rant/blog sites like Live Journal.

I've recently aquired an account and went looking for buds to add. I know Djeta has one, I recently helped KingofChaos get one.

If anyone wants to be added or whatnot, post the username you have here or something.

Oh, Btw, LJ has some intresting communities, they actually have a d20modern community, a d&D community, there is even a community for geeks in nyc. its great.

I am not really active here anymore but I do have a live journal with the user name tuerny.

Everyone in my (and my friend's) D&D group also has a live journal and we have set up a community for our games at worldsoftuerny if anyone wants to check it out.

Anyone who likes is free to start reading my journal. I won't promise to add everyone (or even anyone, honestly) to my own friends list, though. I've barely got time to read the friends page I've got now. Not saying I never add anyone new, but if you add me and don't add you back, don't take it personally.

I have run across people such as John Wick, Mytholder, and Graveyardgreg on LJ. And every user has a user info page with (sometimes long) lists of friends and people they are friends of. You could spend days reading journal entries by people about as interesting as watching milk clot.

Actually,

I use mine for venting anger when I'm at work and have no other outlet to vent to & write a lot of stuff in mine that I'd really prefer people not read it. I can't speak for everyone but I know many other LJ users use LJ to have a place to vent and know they won't offend anyone. Everyone needs to vent sometimes. I deal with things that stress me out best by ranting for 10 seconds in my journal. But that venting is not me 99% of the time.

No one reads my LJ except for a few people to whom I gave the link & two of my best friends IRL. I'd like to keep it that way. Right now, there are I think maybe 6 people who have the link.

MojoGM doesn't even read it.

I rarely, if ever, mention anything of gaming value in LJ.
