He didn't actually type "naughty word" there. The censor automatically replaces the relevant text with "naughty word" when you try to cuss. I assume he's never run into that before and didn't preview his post.

There’s an old Amazing Engine game called Bug Hunters that did a good job of an Aliens game. Also the Leading Edge crunchfest Aliens: The Roleplaying Game.

Bughunters was an interesting setting since it had a mixture of Aliens, Terminator and Bladerunner elements. I'm not at all sold on Amazing Engine (even though I bought all the games done with it but one) but I wouldn't mind running a campaign using that setting and assumptions at all.

Assuming you're willing to go for action-horror (basically, Aliens rather than Alien) I suspect you could do a pretty decent job with either version of Alternity. As mentioned before, Savage Worlds probably would do pretty well too. I don't have the actual Alien game so I can't judge it properly.
