Gaming W/Jemal: Planar Quest IC (Prologue)

OOC:
Not sure where you get the >4, >4, 16, 5.
Urs rolls last turn against TOUCH AC were 1 (Failed hit), 18(Hit, but then failed trip), 16(followed by successful trip), and then non-trip attacks. His Trip attack this turn was a 5.
Thats 1, 18, 16, 5 for his last for touch AC/trip attacks.

ALSO, Important Note [MENTION=6699311]D'Raven[/MENTION] : A reminder: When Tutek had the stone, it dealt him 10 damage. When Gerard grabbed it he immediately took 10, then at the end of that and each proceding round the amount doubled (20, 40, 80). When Darrian grabs it he immediately takes 80 damage. Your sheet lists 159 HP.
Just thought I'd point that out and let you do the math before deciding if you want to keep the stone till the end of the round..

Darrian wanders over to Gerard and throws an arm over his shoulder. "Are all your heroic battles like this?" He pauses a moment, shrugs as if the question is rhetoric and wanders off into the shadows.

[sblock=OoC] Darrian attempts to take the egg with out anyone noticing. Sleight of hand 46 or 51 if it is actually metal like... Followed by a hide check if successful. Dc59[/sblock]

1d20+21=31 (perception check)

Braham approaches Gerard. "Give me the stone" he says, reaching his hand out to touch Gerard.

Gerard looks at his now empty hand and says, " I would like to, but I no longer have it."

Braham hears a whisper in his ear. "You sure? This'll hurt." The stone drops into his out stretched hand.

[sblock=OoC] With the damage going 10, 10, 20, 40, 80, I figured the damage dealt reset with each person. Free action to drop an item, and spring attack to continue movement after action. If I knew damage was continued I would have done this first post.[/sblock]

Inside the dome

OOC: Thinking about it, Mei Ying might appreciate using her Dimensional Anchor on a prone target, so here goes if she does delay. Don't worry, Ur still has Hustle (a Swift) if he needs to get out this round... While on the subject, I don't think I can grab people and drag them under with Earth Glide, right Jemal?

Wade nimbly hops over the dwarf's flailing, though, and glares down at him. "Don't you know its rude to interupt?!?" He points down at the dwarf, apparently too perturbed to react.
He's done something, is Ur's first thought. Though there's no use worrying about it now, is the thought right on the heels of that one. "Our conversation wasn't over," he points out as a Huge hand emerges behind Wade's right foot, grabs it and then bodily *flings the entire construct against the dome*, to a face-shattering impact against the transparent, almost invisible surface on one side... and then on the side opposite that one, sailing over Mei Ying's ducking head... and then onwards to the ceiling via the floor, like a dog wagging an ivory tail.<I'm hoping :)>

OOC:
Haste does not give an extra standard action in 3.5, that was 3.0 they changed it b/c they realized that was too powerful. in 3.5 it gives an extra attack on a full-round, +30 enhancement to all movement speeds, +1 ac, and +1 reflex saves
[MENTION=6699311]D'Raven[/MENTION] Yeah sorry bout that, was hoping the stone would get passed a bit more often so people would figure out how it works before it reached the 'OMG' level of damage.
If it makes you feel any better, Wade did say that the stone stored the amount of damage it drained, he didn't say it just stored what it drained at end of round..

On that note, Braham takes 80 damage once the stone is in his possession.

Mei-Ying watches the stone get passed around and realizes that it may already be time to use it. It's starting to look like few people in the group can hold it safely for much longer.

"Pity," she says, "I would have liked to test myself against you. Maybe some other time."

With a carefully cast spell, she vanishes from the dome and appears next to Braham.

"Can you hold it a few more seconds?" she asks. "I think this will be decided very soon."

(Action - Cast Dimension Hop defensively, autosuccess on Concentration. Mei's asking if Braham can survive next turn when it does 160 damage to him. If not, she can take the thing as a move action, then use the healing power of Iridex's Cage to recover enough HP that she can survive the end of round damage. Then next turn she'd drop the field, move back over to Wade (if he doesn't teleport out), and drop the thing at his feet.)

Ur watches her go, wondering what that was all about... Pretty clear who's supposed to be in charge of distracting Wade though. He tightens his grip on the construct's ankle, a slash of white teeth amidst the beard: "So you will be coming with us then? Perhaps we should try not to damage you too much, as a future ally?" He slams Wade against the invisible wall once more.

EDIT= Ur is refering to his last exchange with Wade.

Well drat! So not nearly as useful for a Flurry of Blow's monk with a base speed of 80'. Hm... I don't suppose anything *else* grants an extra Standard action in 3.5? (as shown, I was planning to use the extra actions almost exclusively for item activations and "spell" casting). Assuming not, and seeing as Ur would have known this even if I didn't, can I switch out his Speed Boots for Gloves of the Titan's Grip instead (MIC p107)? Updated my previous post to reflect the new item just in case -- if not, go with the previous Trips.[/sblock]

Outside the bubble, the stone disappears from Gerard's pocket and appears in Braham's as everybody waits for the dome to come down.

Mei begins casting, careful to leave no opening, but before she can finish her spell, Wade Smashes his hands together causing a great shockwave which slams into Mei, disrupting her spell, and forcing Ur back into the dirt.

Ur springs back up, the ground erupting as he grabs onto Wade's leg, his grip causing small cracks in the ivory skin. "Whoa. Nice grip! Don't worry, I'm tougher than I look." Wade chuckles at Ur.

OOC:
Sorry Shayuri, figured you'd cast defensively so had a readied action.
Wade used a repelling attack, hits both Ur and Mei. Mei makes the save Ur doesn't, so he gets knocked back.
I'm not sure how repelling blast should interact with earthgliding... It says it knocks the target back 1d6X5 feet and they end prone, so I think how I'm going to run it for now is to send Ur flying down into the earth because he can 'move through it'. He'll need to take a move action to 'stand' and can re-enter the sphere area with a 5' step. That will give you one standard action to attack with. You succeed on the attack and grapple Wade.
Objections?

Also I'm fairly certain you miscalculated your grapple check. I think you forgot to add your BAB to it (Trip is just str + mods, but grapple also uses base attack bonus). That would make your grapple +35 I believe.
Mei and Ur both take 48 damage. (Which disrupts Mei's spell)
Ur deals Wade 55 damage, minus DR 12/- (you overcome his Cold Iron but not the base) for 43.

Braham took 80 damage on contact with the stone and another 160 at the end of the round. Unless his action was to do some sort of healing, he's got exactly one hit point.

We'll go to a new round now, excepting if someone who hasn't taken an action (Mei's move/swift actions or Braham's action) wants to do something after seeing what Wade did.

Also, BF RE: Haste - haste does still give you an extra attack while flurrying (At your highest), and the +1 to ac, attack roll, and reflex saves. However since monk's movement bonus and boots of striding are both also enhancement bonuses like haste, the movement speeds from them don't stack. So a normal person with boots and haste goes from a 40 to a 60, and a monk with higher than 60 from monk won't get any move increase.
There are only a few ways I know of to get extra actions. There's a couple spells, the choker's special ability, and I believe an item that I hate.
As to the gloves, that's fine but don't you already have gloves?
