According to Fiendish Codex 1, Orcus is Large. My guess is that Orcus just forms a part of the set, of which there is likely to be one gargantuan figure (not Orcus). But, of course, you never know

A super-size Demogorgon mini would be TOO convenient for Wizards to ever do, given that he is the BBEG in paizo's Savage Tide, soon to be formerly of Dungeon magazine.

I wouldn't exactly consider Tome of Horrors canon. What's Book of Vile Darkness say? That'd be the definitive version, IMO.

I never said Tome of Horrors is canon, but I believe that it does represent the most powerful published version of Orcus to date. And if that version is only Huge, what's up with a Gargantuan one?

The Book of Vile Darkness version is large (15'). Which I believe is the same height as in the 1e version.

Tome of Horrors pushes him up to Huge.

Yeah, I spotted that - Large size, but stands 15' tall according to the description, which is a bit strange. Either way, it's a stretch ( ;) ) to get him up to gargantuan.

Assuming this theory is correct, what sort of Gargantuan beings does Orcus hang out with?
