Gary Con Registration

I am delighted to be able to say that I was killed by Diaglo, or at least his hobgoblin proxies, in the One True Game! At least the Disciple of the Boss lasted longer & conducted himself better than his stoned mentor, the original Boss, whose demise is told here and celebrated here and here. Whether an OD&D character is able to gain spells by worshipping a Moldvay Basic character who isn't even actually dead I leave to wiser heads than mine.

I look forward to gaming with y'all again! I'll be running an OD&D adventure on Wed night at Gen Con with the Fat Dragon crew, and would be glad to try to kill some of you there (or anyone else who's reading this) if there are seats available, or after hours later in the con if not.

Are you kidding me? How do I get this lucky? I get Diaglo as my...uhhh...referee. I get to play alongside Mark and Tav. And if I could tell you whcih was Fransisca and which was howandwhy...then jerran stumbles in with a halfling who is not a thief.

Awesome...just a blast.

Then we go out for pizza.

Then we get to play Mark's medieval mini game.

Then we get to sit around for a bit and talk about gaming!

I want to win the lottery and retire so I can do that all the time.

Thanks guys - truly it was a blast. I only wish I could have returned on Sunday and played OD&D again.

Yes it was most excellent and Mike Carr is a fantastic gamemaster and player.

Heh, it's been fun for me - last summer driving a chariot in Tim Kask's Circus Maximus to this year's flying WWI aircraft.
