You're talking 1-3 yrs of material there.

Dungeonland and Magic Mirror are classic weirdo modules (the Alice in Wonderland modules) for about that range of PCs, and are free to download from WotC's site in the older versions downloads. Although they are in some ways parody, they are kickass fun and VERY DEADLY. I am sure each can be played in about 4-6 hours of play in the hands of an experienced party.

As a tribute to Gary I plan to give my players some pregen characters and run them through the Tomb of Horrors. Although it will be breaking with tradition a little I'll be using the version that WotC updated to 3.5E a couple of years ago. It can be found here.
