Complete Warrior, page 136. Does the Gauntlet require a standard action to activate before you can use one of its charges? Or can you simply make a touch-attack?

I can't see why it would.

If you treat it as a touch attack spell, activating the gauntlet and making the touch attack are considered part of the same standard action.
