Gauntlets of divine might

I'll have to check in the MIC tonight, but I recall there was a pair of gauntlets that did something very similar. It comes to mind because I think they were even called Gauntlets of Divine Might.
Oh, that would be sweet -- and a wonderfully appropriate name to begin with.

The Dragon Compendium includes the Gauntlets of Heartfelt Blows.

12,000 gp to add your Charisma bonus to attacks as Fire damage. Doesn't cost turn attempts, though.

But might compare with Divine Might gauntlets - damage is elemental (whereas Divine Might is "pure"), but doesn't require a Turn Undead to fuel (which Divine might does).

In our game(s), "Cha-To-Damage" from Divine Might is played much like a Smite - channelled holy power, probably illuminating the blade in white (...or dark...) energy. But I also agree with a Rogue / Bard type feat where it represented telling and / or embarassing blows, effectively humiliating, frustrating, and exhausting an opponent.

Found what I was thinking of. It's not a gauntlet, but a +1 weapon modifier. It allows the weilder to spend a turn undead attempt as a swift action to add 1d6/chr modifier to your next attack. It only works against undead though.

Though it's not what I'm looking for, +6d6 against undead is nothing to sneeze at.

In general, or in the particular case of Divine Might ? In general, I'd see it as a "mind over matter" trick, where willpower, rather than strength, powers the strike (ever seen karate practitioners break ice blocks with the knife of their hand ?).
Well, that would most certainly be WISDOM then... looking at the monk.

These dragon gauntlets sound nice... where CHA measures your degree of draconic heritage. ;)

Wisdom is willpower turned inward. Charisma is willpower turned outward.
Right now I heard the song "... hit me like a hammer..."

Charisma does seem to have a damage boosting effect :D
