Gaze attack question

I can't find the answer to this question anywhere - if a creature is blinded, can it still use its gaze attack? It might not be able to target it, but would a character still have to make a save every round before they acted?

Yup.

Gaze Attacks don't rely on you being able to see your victims; they rely on your victims being able to see you.

But as you say, it couldn't use the targetted version unless it can touch the opponent, since it has no line of sight...
