Once again, servers are overloaded, website is crashing!

PETER ADKINSON - WHY DO YOU NOT LISTEN TO OUR COMPLAINTS?

Ok, 'nuff of the caps. I am now extremely disappointed about your customer service. There is no excuse for this - you heard our complaints about server overload over the past 3 years, and the song remains the same. There are easy fixes for this: AKAMAI (AKAM:NASDAQ.)

Nice work, GenCon lightweights!

This is not an attack - this is a logical response to 3 years of Customer Service failures.

I may be angry, but I ain't stupid. I got a hotel away from the Gencon site, too. This, however, in no way shape or form absolves their massive failure in this registration.

Correct. And we're all likely to be in the same boat for event registration in May, less they work things out by then.

What's the benefit of getting a hotel off-site? Cost?

I can get to the site fine, but it has not been completely updated. Some pages are refreshing, but the registration forms are not there yet... (sigh)

We are aware that there is an error within the system. We are fixing the code. No one is getting hotels at this point so please be patient while this error is fixed. Thank You!
