Gen Con rooms

Hey folks. I just wanted to check on here before I make a final decision. Through circumstances probably too convoluted to get into, I currently have three rooms reserved for Gen Con at the Omni and I think I only need two. The third room, which will cost me $50 when I cancel the reservation, is a single at about $170 a night with taxes.

My brother Dan and his group of friends from New Albany/Louisville have dibs on the second room and Lord Fyrestryke and I are planning to share the first room.

Is there anyone in our group that wants this third room at the Omni? I need to cancel the reservation soon or I will get stuck paying a single night's fare.

Finally, is there anyone who wants to share the room Lord Fyrestryke and I have reserved? I stayed at the Omni my first year at GenCon and they were pretty spacious rooms. It is a Deluxe Double which was practically a suite. Our room is also $170 a night with taxes. Splitting it three ways would obviously be a better deal than splitting it two ways.

Our reservations are from Wednesday night through Saturday night.

I think I have to drop by the end of July. I haven't done it yet though, 'cause I have to pay $50 to drop it. The room is at the Omni for $146 a night + 15 percent Indy room tax.

And as of Wednesday, we are now down to two rooms. One for Chris and I, one for my brother and his friends. Bob will be staying with us for at least one night. Slumber Party!
