Some very p'ssed off people over at the Horseman Events website. http://www.consupport.com/index.asp?Con=61 Four day passes already paid for in the website shopping cart are revoking to one day passes (with no refund) and from conversations I've had with those hoping to attend Reading (in just 18 days) communication from Horseman has pretty much broken down.

Expect queues on the door?

mm. Apparently the bug prevails post-polite-notice.
I think some people are printing their original receipts and taking those as proof of payment.
