I see a high charisma as a more feminine trait. Most men are not known for being "sexy". This obviously indicates that, per this viewpoint, charisma=comeliness. Charisma as leadership could be masculine or feminine in my mind.

My answer to the poll and my answer here may seem at odds, but here goes...

I answered "spellcasting," and while I was at it, I should have answered "special abilities not defined by rules," and here's why:

I don't think that any of these traits have an innate "masculinity" or "femininity," but in my game, I've noticed that my best villains are 1) female, 2)casters, and 3) have abilities that I don't quantify in terms of rules. This wasn't a conscious decision on my part, it just turned out that way.

Incidentally, I am a married man, so yes, all of my female villains have high CRs. :P
