I guess the question I now need to be answered is whether the road to rivenblight is closer to 350 miles than 250 miles?

Oh, definitely closer to 350. If you look at the history of descriptions of Rivenblight (not recommended unless you're an absolute LEW trivia freak!), the descriptions came first and the map after. And the distance from Orussus to Rivenblight has been described as "200", "225", and "250" miles, successively. I'm assuming that would be as the crow flies (or griffon, or whatever). The map is as accurate a thing as we have, but I'm sure it wasn't drawn with the aid of GPS.

Is all that is put on the web by WotC can be use by LEW?

Because I fall on tha glossary on the WotC website, where they have included all the Fearun domian. For example, here the Moon domain, which is in no srd...

Seems to me if WotC puts it on the web, it ought to be fair game for a proposal, but that's not the actual rule. It has to be open game content or original material.

It would have to be a proposal as Patlin said. Though there is a caveat that we are not looking for new base classes as far as I know. There are several available on there, but we have not been wanting to add to the SRD ones for some time. With Spells, Items, Feats, and Powers, a proposal should be good to get them looked at.

I think one of my games just had the record broken for LEW on "Most Damage Taken Consecutively By a PC" and "Most Damage Taken Consecutively By a PC and Survived". It was over 150, though most of it nonlethal. Let's hear it for Eskon!

Scrolls of Sparkstrike: 312.5gp / 25XP / 60cp
Scroll of Mark: 62.5gp / 5XP / 10cp
Wand of scroching ray: 2250gp / 180XP / 450cp

Ashnar is still in Monemvassia, more specifically in the tower-library he shares with Tenebrynn. He'll be back in the tavern somewhat soonish, though (assuming you want to do business with an evil character ).
