Don't worry. Pretty soon everyone in LPNN is probably going to die (or at least most). Troi will have to wait in line :D

Naw, it's only an EL 6 encounter with the party out of resources and trapped, with one enemy that is immune to physical damage and the rest with damage reduction. This time I'll admit that the pessimism isn't completely unnecessary. ;)

If his other DM changes their ruling, that'll be two characters pulled back from the brink nearly simultaneously for Bront.

I'm sure you guys have more than that :)

Not so sure we will after this encounter. Looks like we will either come out waaay behind on it or quite a bit ahead. (eight or so suits of chainmail, selling armor is always a big payoff at low level.) Although in that case we might have teams of hobgoblins hounding us all the way to the desert. Anyway, next scroll I make I'll have my priorities straight, 8 copies of magic missile. And the bonus is, if I have the money and an inn room, it only takes a day of rest to scribe it.
Hope people aren't upset at me for "stealing" kills, really ended up making the most of those small-die attack spells.

Reminds me of one of my tabletop games, two fighters in the party were keeping track of kills, and they were constantly "stealing" each others kills (it was all in good fun though), but the cleric of the party had huge luck with finishing off enemies, once she threw a rock at a pretty big enemy and finished it off. (not a big rock or anything, just a normal rock she picked up off the ground)

Heehee, I'm sure nobody was worried about that. Especially since you went right before the orcs, so the ones you killed were about to get an attack.

Best thing for you to do actualy, pick off the most damaged ones. Reduce their numbers, which is their greatest advantage. No problems at all :)

Yeah, Juliana is alive via DM Ruling (Thanks two) :)

BTW, The Outrider was approved, and should be movable into the heap. Though I want the judges to quickly look over and say yeh or nay on a particular ability clairification (There was something I didn't make clear about standing in the saddle).

Honestly, that frees me up to try my other concept, though that is pending on someone approving the Katara, which have been changed to fix Orsal's issues with it, but he is now out of the country for a while, so might have to wait a bit.

Oops. Didn´t realize you were waiting so patiently for me. I have been reading intermittently, keeping somewhat up to date but intending not to post unless something pressing came up. I will make it official in a moment.
