Does anyone mind if I expand on the Grendath religion? I've already started to add a few small things in my PbP, but decided I better make sure it's ok before I do anything more.

Sure, write it up as a proposal. Stuff that gives the world color is most welcome, even if it seems that we get bogged down in rules-related proposals.

Admittedly, that was before my time as a character judge, but I seem to remember Rogar being approved. Propably my memory messing with me.

Posibly/possibly not. I haven't been able to find either his or his character's name on the approval list

I went through a few months ago and figured out who was never approved(assuming of course that that list is acurate) the list is in a proposal around here somewhere

Any ideas on how to make the formatting stay the same from notepad to the messageboard?

Mine just turn out messy, anyone else have any usefull thoughts?

Make sure that in your Thread Viewing Options you are set to Standard Editor for your Message Editor Interface and not Basic Editor.
