From what I know of Orussus, I would have devellop it a bit more on the north side and I would have put a river that cross it. Except that, it could easily become a nice map for Orussus.

I am very frustrated, because I just spent an hour reading through that whole Gen. Disc. IV thread for no reason. Apparently Logicsfate mislabeled his post, because none of that information is in the GDIV thread. I'm guessing he meant GDVI? I'll check that next

I did find a neat idea mentioned by Creamsteak though, about the time flux.

EDIT: Suspicion confirmed. The mystery post is in GDVI, NOT GDIV. Here it is.

Hmm...I don't like that idea--it doesn't explain why the rest of the world in the adventure (including sundry ho-hum NPCs of all sorts) moves on at the same rate as the adventure. I'd prefer we just continue to sweep it under the table.

=P Yeah, obviously we all understand the reasons for it as players of PbP, but I like seeing crazy in-game reasons for the sometimes comically ridiculous time differences.

Patlin, a Wild Surge in my game just opened a window-sized hole to the Astral Plane. People can't fit through it, but I thought it would be funny if it popped up next to your party in Heroes Must Rise for a minor cameo. Let me know if that's okay.

Oh no! The "players' characters cannot interact with each other" rule has been broken! It would be terribly ironic, I think, for Lasair and Zaeryl to be in the situation that Opale and Rinaldo are in right now.

Yes it would! Although the window-sized nature would allow the prophecy to remain intact. Lasair would be very frustrated by that!

Officially, Opale and Rinaldo are cousin and meet each other many times, but it is always between adventure and suprisingly, Rinaldo is very generous with everyone except his own family :p , so Opale enver have received anything from Rinaldo. It is more Opale who doesn't want teh help of her cousin.

But RA could have been more twisted, the Gate open and the switch of place that had happen between Laynie and Hogarth coudl have happened between Rinaldo and Opale  That could have been evil!

It isn't intelligent design--I'm rolling these randomly ;)
