Added my comments and or votes to all those threads. Sorry been a bit busy lately. Let me know if there are others for me to cover.

I'm not sure wheter i borught this up before, but i'm a little unclear about the rules for creating magical items.
A standard magical item lists a Caster level. The SRD states that this is the used for things like dispels. Other rules about minimum caster level are a bit unclear to me. In my opinion the minimum level to create an item is dictated by the item creation feat and the spell required for the item.
This would mean a third level cleric (with the craft wonderous items) could create an anulet of health +x.
Right? Wrong?

The caster level has nothing to do with crafting requirements. It's for item effects. If you can cast or access the spells required to craft an item, and have the right feat, you can do it.

In random LEW record news, I think I just gave a record high amount of XP for a single combat (~50000, divided amongst the party).

Also, Gorefoot is joined in the "Reincarnated as something weird and different category" and perhaps surpassed--Male Gnome to Male Halfling for Gorefoot versus Male Human to Female Wood Elf for Hogarth :]

Does anybody know if Stonebender the smith is capable of enchanting weapons? I would presume yes, since he's one of the most well known smiths in Orussus, but I can't find anywhere that says so explicitly.

That's a good question, and unfortunately, magic weapons are one of the few items that have a caster level requirement, so we should figure out exactly how strong of magic weapons he can make and stay consistent.

GW's "The Lost Gem" adventure is where Stonebender was introduced. Unfortunately, the adventurers were en route to Stonebender's shop when the adventure fizzled to a halt, so we never even got to meet the dwarven blacksmith.

For enhancement bonus +2, it takes CL 10th. Since LEW is supposed to be PC centric, I'm reluctant to suggest that Stonebender should be L10. But Rinaldo just gained his 9th level, and in Fallon we have two L15'ers and a L18'er (Mithreander), so I think a L10 crafter is reasonable. Ideally, PCs will buy from other PCs, but that's just not plausible right now.

At the very least, I want Stonebender to be L8, because that means he's powerful enough to make Rasereit's +1 Bashing shield. =P

ADDENDUM: Perhaps, once B4cchus' Master Crafter becomes finalized, we could have some NPCs take levels in it.
