You were never resurrected, so you take your current XP and add that number. There's a rule that prevents you from skipping a level, so because of that your total becomes 27999

That's 1 XP we're talking here, remember. I'd get that for squashing a gnat underfoot if it weren't for the fact that low-CR challenges cease to be challenges and thus XP-worthy.

Hey, I didn't write the rule. But see post 778--I'm planning on giving you time XP after you level Ashna. The time XP will then level her again (recall the 10k+ purposefully didn't include time XP in an effort to avoid the double-level clause)

I don't think Ashnar/Ashna was the only one in that situation either.

I would suggest that if Time XP awards push you over, that it be allowed, since that is XP explicitly earned over time, and above and beyond normal XP awards to make LEW move a bit faster.
