The Thrawn trilogy is vastly overrated based on it being the first real Star Wars thing to catch everyone's attention in a decade. It's fine, I guess, but "good" is too strong a word.Have you read the book?

I revisited it about 2 years ago in the comic book form and was shocked how weak the ending was compared to my memory of the books. So I reread the books and found the same outcome. And it basically is the same name. The different spelling was to differentiate between the two so that you knew who the real Luke was vs. the clone one.. Well its generally regarded as one of the better books.
Luke's clone was also tied to his hand popped off at Bespin.
