I few missing things I'd consider adding to the list:

Deathcut Armor
Nightmare Ward Armor
Amulet of Health
Brooch of Shielding
Skull Mask
Flamedrinker Shield

Any item that gives a resistance is useful to just about any character (of course with the caveat you don't want to duplicate resistances). It's hard to beat Black Iron and Deathcut, but I wouldn't ignore any resistance granting item.

Nice list. Any chance you could add some statblocks to it, to make things easier to find?

Deathcut--Its a level 5+ armor, and there are better options. Its a near miss
Nightmare Ward--Psychic damage is less common
Amulet of Health--I almost included this, but there are more important uses for the neck slot
Brooch of Shielding--Again, Force damage is rare
Skull Mask--This should be on the list
Flamedrinker Shield--So should this, probably.

It was a lot of work to post just the list. Mostly I have the list on my lap when I use character builder to reference if I need to fill a slot, or when I'm designing parcels or quickly generating random treasure.
