Ghosts and magic

Two quick questions concerning ghosts:

1. Are ghosts vulnerable to magic with or without the 50% miss chance because of their position between the material and the ethereal plane?

2. If a wizard or sorcerer becomes a ghost, can he use his spells with or without the same 50% miss chance?

Thanks!

1. They are just as susceptible to magic as other undead, with the exception of spells that deal damage. A Fireball has a 50% miss chance against a ghost, but a Sending spell or a Telekinesis spell affect them without such a miss chance. Force effects, however, even those that deal damage (such as Magic Missile) ignore the 50% miss chance, as does any spell with the Transdimensional Spell metamagic feat (Complete Divine and Complete Arcane) tied to it.

2. They can use any of their spells against corporeal targets except for Touch spells. None of their spells suffer a 50% miss chance, but Touch spells don't affect corporeal targets at all.
