How often should our giant use the two spell-like abilities we selected for him?

I should have listed it like the monster entries: at will, 5/day, 3/day, and then 1/day.

More often than Control Water, which is a much more useful ability (not to mention a higher-level spell).

Let's say I'll vote for "at will". In that case, we could just average the votes and settle on Create Water 5/day, Control Water 3/day
