They do work differently, but yes, it is a typo.In all seriousness, though, is that Strength score a typo? If it's truly a +2 bonus, wouldn't it need to have a Strength score of 14 or 15? Or do the bonuses work differently in 5E than they do in 3.5? (I honestly don't know.)
Turkeys get vastly more interesting after 24 hours in brine. I thought everyone knew that.This stat block is so 5e and doesn't give the turkey enough interesting things to do.
Why would it have d10 hit dice under 5E rules? I just went back to check the Monster Manual and don't see anything like that for Beasts, either in the introduction to the Monster Manual or across beast entries in the book.Also, shouldn't it be 2d10+2 HD, giving it 13 hp?
