I'm trying to create a list of online resources about faeries and mythology in general. If you know of any good sites, please give me the links!

Wikipedia's also got a wealth of mythological information. Just used it the other day to come up with some names for Aztec-inspired races.

Mythology

Specifically, scroll to the bottom of that page, as it's got some great lists. List of mythologies, list of mythological objects, etc. It's also got a short list of mythological archetypes which is pretty cool and, as near as I can tell, exclusive to that article.

My current Story Hour adventure is heading for an encounter with trolls drawn directly from its pages.

EDIT: Full name of the book is "Arthur Spiderwick's Field Guide to the Fantastical World Around You." Not sure why the board is shortening it like that.

I agree. I have flipped through it and it's adorable. I like how the big monsters fold out double page size.
