Bullseye - cause he whacked Electra and let her live long enough for DD to see it. Plus the who pseudo-sexual penetration with the Sai.
Deathstroke - Bad monkey. No really. Way cool bad guy.
Magneto - The abused child who grows up to be an abuser. Tragedy unmasked.
-----Lex Luthor from Smallvile. Never much cared for him in the previous incarnations but this Lex steals the show.
And, can we can the political/real world comments? I don't need to see Rumsfeld or Cheney mentioned where I cannot/should not reply.

The renegade Doctor from the Authority - grotesquely spiteful. Made you feel icky just reading his story
Darth Vader - The image, the outfit, the sound.... THAT is menace...

Dr. Doom: He is the ultimate megalomaniacal genius who wants to rule the world. He can master all things and lets none master him. He is the ultimate marvel villian who if he actually won would create a perfect crime free world. The only reason the heroes stop him is because they don't want to lose their jobs.
Mr. Sinister: I just thought he was a very cool villain.
The Hellfire Club I really enjoyed this villain group. Sebastian Shaw was a cool leader. Their choice of dress, old victorian style I think, was unique and interesting.

I forgot about Ozymandias. Definately a cool super villain. And a successful one to boot.
Also Darkseid was at his coolest in the JLA "Rock of Ages" storyline. He needs to be presented in that fashion more often.

Some more cool points about Doctor Doom:
-He's out-witted the Devil himself to save his mother's soul.
-He managed to usurp the power of the Beyonder (for a while...Secret Wars One I believe)
-He was really close to gaining the power of the Infinity Gauntlet (Infinity War)
-He launched a skyscraper into space (the Baxter Building)
-Like Magneto, I believe he was also personally affected by the Holocaust in that he was born to gypsy parents who were wiped out by the Reich (not too sure on this one though...I may be delusional and made that up
)
And a rather low point for the Latverian Monarch:
-Being defeated by Squirrel Girl and a horde of squirrels (one of the Iron Man Annuals, not sure which) :\

Darth Shoju -> That is the ultimate Darkseid intro (and was preceded of two issues with just Darkseid's poster and the slogan "Darkseid Is").

The Joker -> Go read The Killing Joke. 'nuff said.
Deathstroke The Terminator -> He's an evil version of Captain America. He's beaten Batman into a pulp. He'd rather have his son injured (and rendered mute) than compromise his work ethics. He bagged Terra, and he was old enough to be her grandaddy!!!
Doctor Fate -> In Cosmic Odissey, Fate and other heroes accidently venture into the dimension where the Antilife resides. To block it from getting to *our* dimension, Fate doesn't blink: he simply obliterates an ENTIRE DIMENSION!!!! That's right! He erases a whole universe with hardly a second thought! Those Lords of Order are mean!
