Use standard Orc and steal the Hobgoblin's 'Leadership' ability, which essentially grants a non-magical version of bless.
Swap out the standard weapons for two clubs, and maybe slow his movement speed thanks to the big drum.

Lurpack: Half-Orc Valour Bard (Duel Wielding Light Hammers)
S16, D14 (with medium armour), C14, I08, W10, Ch14

Worships both Loki for general bard skulduggery and illusions, but also respects Thor for his flying hammers and what a headache one could dish out with them.

Rejected member of Stomp drumming musicians and wonderful steak tenderiser. Sometimes gets lost in which meat to tenderise. (Int 08) but good intentions and all.

How about a variation on the satyr's panpipes? So maybe the orc drummer can perform either a stirring march that bolsters his allies or an ominous beat that frightens his enemies (if they fail a save). Although, I suppose the same effects could just be achieved by giving him the bane and bless spells ... Hmm.

Anyone got any other ideas?

Orog Doomdrummer: An orog that raises dead orcs within 300 feet as zombies under his control for as long as he plays. If forced to defend himself the zombies will stand idly by for the round. If the doomdrummer is slain, the zombies instantly wither into desiccated husks.

Orcs have the Aggressive trait, which lets them use a bonus action to move to their speed towards a hostile creature. A Wardrummer might allow his allies to spend their reaction to make a melee attack if they catch an enemy. Even giving allies who can hear his drumming within 60 ft a bonus to their movespeed could be potent when combined with Aggressive.
