Glamer to mask objects

Frequently when I'm converting 1st Ed. adventures I need the following spell. I'm pretty sure there isn't one in the core rules.

Desire: An illusion (glamer) that makes a single object appear as something else. Preferably with a long duration like permanent, or 1 day/level. (This assumes that figments cannot mask objects, as per the core rules.)

Is there anything like this in the 3.5 PHB or WOTC supplement book? (The only things I can find which would mask objects at all are mirage arcane and veil, which are intended to alter much larger areas and have duration of only 1 hour/level.)

Guess I'll bump this once. Anyone know of an illusion to just disguise one object for a time, anywhere? Or do I really have to provide one myself?
