Ugh... if I am reading that correctly, it is most likely a pointer error (or an array error, or they listed the attributes wrong between the main() and subroutine).

Being am IT guy, I give a lot of slack when it comes to stuff breaking on the web. IE vs. everyone else's protocols, different OSs, etc. But server side errors should really be cleaned up before it goes live.

However, the real test is how long it takes them to correct this. Problems arise, but a good IT dept. will not let them last long.
