Normally the games are good. He draws up entertaining encounters with unusual mechanics that make us think and normally once exploited make otherwise impossible fights doable. He's only thrown one annoying encounter and even he admitted that he didn't like the encounter because he feels Damage Sponge bosses are cheep (we ran out of encounter powers, daily powers, and item powers before the solo was below 100 health) he just pulls stuff like this. As far as a better GM, I'd get stuck with the job most likely. I don't find GM a fun job compared to playing.
