Gnomes Rememberance Day

I still am pissed about the Dragonlance novels turning Gnomes into scatter-brained pranksters; I believe this is the reason for their ultimate demise!!!

Anyone knows that gnomes are kind, gentle and like to hide in bushes (ala the Norse and German myths from whence they came) and waylay travelers for their gold. Frankly, do away with the S&M halflings and give the rogue back to the gnome where it belongs!!! Oh yeah, make sure their nose get fixed too.

Uh....they're tinkers, not pranksters. And they're nowhere near scatterbrained. Singleminded and focused on whatever project they're working on? Sure. But not scatterbrained.

I recommend the Radio Gnome trilogy by Gong, and of course The Gnome by Pink Floyd, as mandatory listening!
