No. Otherwise they wouldn't be in the middle of an 18-month D&D-Next playtest, would they?

Sadly not. They are reprinting older books while they work on 5e, including the 3.5 core rulebooks among other things, which I would guess to be the impetus for your question. However, they are not revising 3e material, nor producing anything new for older versions of the game.
