I don't know if this came out earlier, but because of the great size of the adventure we decided to divide it into three parts. Richard is working on divvying up the adventure so that it works properly even without having the whole thing at once. We're planning to release the first part of three toward the end of December, with the others coming in intervals of two or three weeks thereafter.

However, we're also trying to put out the Big Book of Super Powers, Asgard issue 8, and a few other projects at the same time, so we might push GDtRtH back until January. If we do, though, be assured we'll use the extra time to make the adventure as polished as possible.

Not from us, no. I don't know if someone else decided to use it, but E.N. Publishing determined that we couldn't sufficiently produce an adventure product of this size.
