Going from MOUS Access to dba-lite?

My boss, knowing that I have a MOUS in Access, wants me to take over some of the admin duties on some databases we have. The trouble is, there's not much in the way of training locally. So does anyone know of a good book that can take a user from the Microsoft Office User Specialist (core level) to a database admin (entry-level)?

I'd appreciate the help!

If you're savvy at reading books then I would suggest the Bible series of books. There is one for Access naturally. They list almost everything you could ever want about each product.

As always look through the book before you buy it.

Unfortunately, my "bookstore" is amazon.com. And while many books are now available for lite "browsing" online (i.e., you can read a lot of the text, but not all), it just isn't the same. :)
