I don't have Races of Stone handy; can anyone share the age category & height/weight info for goliaths?

I have my copy handy, and it's sadly missing, or so cunningly hidden it evades my Search check. (mutters about oversights)

Previously, I've used the tables for the feral garguuuuuuuun (sorry), which, strangely enough, *is* included. I figure it's probably close enough, anyway.

Adulthood: 14 yrs, +1d4, 1d6, or 2d6, based on class complexity.

Ht: 6' base, +2d12"
Wt: 220, (x2d6)

So, average of about 7' tall, weight of about 300 lbs.
