Paul is now 20ft away, inside a hypothetical 20ft radius of Dodge, though maybe not the center of Dodge. If you rule using centroids, however, be very careful of some awkward occurrences and inconsistencies.

I agree about the awkward occurrences and inconsistencies. If I were deciding on my own, I would decide that the circle extends twenty feet away from all corners of a creature, but I thought the rules indicate that you pick a point and take the radius from there.

I've been ruling that the radius is extended from the edge of the space, not a central point. In this case the radius is 10 feet and does not impact Paul.
