Good d20 resource for demon and element bound gear?

Here is my suggestion: FFE's Devil's Player's Guide. I know a lot of people dislike FFE's products, and I am not a huge fanboy, but I do particularly like the Devil's Player's Guide.

Didn't DMG II have some demonic weapon templates or something? I remember it having elemental weapon templates

Not so much templates as things that might be considered when enchanting weapons that were forged from those places.
