good news, bad news

well, bad news first. my wife is in the hospital for about a week. while she's laid up, we had plans to go out of town for new years and all that. instead, we'll be sipping cold fruit juice and watching TV in a little hospital room.

the good news, for you all at least, is that (since i now have nothing to do thursday, friday, and all weekend - i'm off work and home alone, bored) i will be around here a whole LOT. so if there's something you want to get to... i might just be able to.

First, take a crack at Rennbuu for us. The slaad thread folks sure would like it.

Oh, what else. I would like to see the stanhk (spelling) from Dragonlance fixed up all juicy v.3.5 style. You know, those big bony creatures.

But, above and beyond the thing I want the most, my dream conversion, would be Moander from the Forgotten Realms. A v.3.5 version could be made from his 2nd edition stats (from Pool of Radiance I think). He wouldn't be a deity anymore, but would make a perfect resident of the Far Realm (and an end to a campaign about the slaad that serve him)!

we can do them, but i'm limiting the number of epic level beings i'm working on at once (they boggle my weak mind!) and right now we're doing the titans and i promised to do devil lords next!

were the undead beasts in the new dragonlance setting? or is there an upcoming monster book? i'm not too sure about delving into dragonlance at the moment.

as i said in shade's video games thread, i'm not sure if i want to get into non-pen&paper things. i might just do a "bit-o-moander" as a favor if you have some original moanders stats though. now that's just for gold box nostalgia's sake mind you!
