Failed Saving Throw

For the first time tomorrow, I'll be running a 4E campaign without using a published adventure. I'm a bit nervous, and hoping my dungeon design skills don't totally blow.
To avoid railroading issues that I feel have plagued most of the 4E modules I've read, I was careful thus far only to develop a good stable of interesting NPCs and the first dungeon. From there I'm going to leave it up to my players as to where they want to go and what they want to do.
Moving forward, what are some good published adventures to cannibalize for stuff like dungeons, lairs, NPCs, etc.? I think what I'm most concerned about are dungeons, since in 4E they tend to be some tactical and large, and I think my mind is still mired in 2E dungeon design, which is relatively basic. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also, I'm happy to plunder ideas from old stuff - in fact part of the first dungeon I designed borrows ideas from the old module Rahasia.
