That's why I love/hate Enworld...now I have more books than I ever thought possible to read and not nearly enough time to even start this noble quest!

Maybe I'll ress this thread every once in a while to cath up on the new releases or make a few coments of the books I manage to read!

In my quick perusal, I didn't see Tad Williams' Memory, Sorrow and Thorn trilogy mentioned.

I also enjoyed Raymond Feist's and Janny Wurts' Daughter of the Empire trilogy. These books have a good Oriental flavor to it.
