Got some story hour(technical) issues to notify a mod of!

#2 - I'm pasting the text in from MS Word XP, and all the "" marks are replaced with ? which is really confusing for reading purposes. Can someone tell me a way to fix/avoid this?

To turn off Word's smart quotes feature:

Tools -> AutoCorrect Options -> AutoFormat As You Type tab -> uncheck the "straight quotes" with "smart quotes" box
