Grapple Questions?

I have two quick questions on grapple.

Step 2 is a melee touch attack, does this do damage?

When you are pinning someone, can you take a full round action on them and get multiple attacks on them by way of oppossed grapple checks?

I don't think so. Step 2 in the book makes no mention of damage.

From the SRD, under Grapple—If You're Grappling: If your base attack bonus allows you multiple attacks, you can attempt one of these actions in place of each of your attacks, but at successively lower base attack bonuses.

From the SRD, under Grapple—If You're Pinning an Opponent: You can attempt to damage your opponent with an opposed grapple check, you can attempt to use your opponent’s weapon against him, or you can attempt to move the grapple (all described above).

So I think you can damage the opponent unarmed or with his weapon multiple times when pinning him.
