Grappling a Hydra...

So...let's assume for a moment that your character is primary a wrestler (monk with grappling concentration).

Can you grapple and pin a 12 headed hydra? Let's assume that your grappling score is about what the hydra's is...can you do it?

Can you pin the hydra?

I suppose so. You'd have to lock your arms around it starting at the common point from which the necks appear, and move your arms up so that all the heads are pinned together in a giant bundle, but it does seem physically possible, so certainly could be attempted.

Indeed, I am grappling my hydra RIGHT NOW, etcetera, etcetera.

Not sure I would want to grapple a hydra... what if you get pinned, and the thing gets to attack you for free? Or perhaps you could wrestle 1 head at a time, give it a beat-down, then move on to the next one.
