Quick question. Are the arrows fired from a Greater Manyshot considered a volley? In other words, do you get full Sneak Attack or Skirmish on each of them, or only one?
They are not a volley. Each arrow's attack is rolled seperate and precision damage (such as Sneak Attack and Skirmish) is applied to each. That's what makes it Greater, and why it's a favorite of Scouts.
Your precision-based damage applies to each arrow fired, and, if you score a critical hit with more than one of the arrows, each critical hit deals critical damage.
