AD&D 2E Greco-Roman Mythoi Update Project

With the completion of my Monster Mythology Update Project (other than editing and review), it's time to start a new project!

This project aims to present a more complete Greco-Roman set of pantheons for a fantasy D&D setting, with as many unique gods included as reasonably possible, as well as mythology-based interactions between the deities of the Titans, the Olympians, and those unique to Roman mythology. This project is not intended to be used in a Historical Reference style campaign, as many of these deities are purely literary creations to connect disparate gods from many sources together into a familial structure. The list below is subject to change and reorganization as I consider which deities to include in which grouping.

The presentation here is as three separate pantheons which have significant crossover. The Titans represent the "old order," an older pantheon that can be used for rivals for those who worship the Olympians, or for a civilization that does not contain the mythology of the Titanomachy. The Olympians, of course, represent the classic pantheon of the Ancient and Classical Greek civilizations, while the Imperial Pantheon is essentially the same pantheon as seen through the Roman lens, and includes a power to represent the deified emperors (Divus Augustus is what I'm calling it for now). Connections between these deities and other pantheons and powers of Planescape as well as the planes themselves will be incorporated into these deity writeups; in particular there will be close connections with Annam's pantheon to tie things to the Gigantomachy in Greek Mythology.
