[Green Lantern] What'd I Miss? - GL Questions...

He's the guy who did Hawkman? Ooh, I liked that. I'm also enjoying his run on JSA.

Now I am a little more confident.

He's also writing the best Teen Titans run since the Wolfman/Pérez run (not that _that_ is very hard to do).

Turning Hawkman into a highlander-style character was a masterstroke, and tying it all to the egyptian reign of Prince Khufu was brilliant (plus having Black Adam as a champion and Nabu as court wizard!)

Yeah, Johns can pull it off, if anyone can.

Really? I may have to check out some back issues. The Wolfman/Perez run on TT was one of my favorites (next to the Giffen/DeMatteis Justice League titles).

I read only a couple of issues, but Johns seem to have the timing handled perfectly. Just so you know, the Teen Titans roster is: Robin (Tim Drake or the Spoiler, I don't know now that Drake hanged the cape), Superboy (Kon-El/Connor Kent), Kid Flash (Bart Allen, yay!), Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandsmark), Beast Boy (Gar Logan), Starfire (Princess Koriand'r), Cyborg (Victor Stone) and recently, Raven (er... Raven).

Their first foe? Deathstroke the Terminator (back in the classic costume)! His first act?
Put a bullet on Bart's leg, to discourage the kids from forming the Titans
.

Tiatns Hunt was good and shook things up, but the comic just went downhill from there. And any comic that features Danny Chase starts at two strikes against it... :)

Plus that storyline opened the doors for the really-messed-up Cyborg/Cyberion debacle...
