Shaman's Handbook and Freedom City are both absolute gold.

The former is the piece of work that clued us in on the genius of Steve Kenson, the latter is the best supplement for any PRG, ever, of any system.
 

What about the sale for this week. Does anyone have the Noble's Handbook? Is it any good?

I've ordered Witch's Handbook and the Shaman's Handbook, and am now wondering about this one..

Customer Service?

Hi all. I ordered a couple books from this sale as well, and apparently there's more on sale this week, including the Noble's handbook. You can check their site for all the sale stuff.

I wanted to order the Noble's book too, but since I've emailed Customer Service a few times over the past week with a question about my current order and have had no response (my first inquiry was over a week ago), I'm hesitant to order anything else from them...are they always this bad about getting back to people?

It really depends, Empyreus. There is one person to handle ALL general e-mail correspondence, all the mail orders, all distributor orders, all requests for convention support, processing all credit card transactions, and so on. Our spam filter is getting better but I still have to handle several hundred e-mails a day, even if it's just confirming they should be deleted. An "I'm just curious about my order" e-mail ranks above an "I have a question about X rule in Y book" but below "Please investigate this double charge on my credit card statement," "Distributor X needs to place an order for ####," "Foreign Distributor X needs copies of his invoice sent to his freight forwarder so his books can clear customs" and "Today is the absolute drop dead date for [insert gigantic, burning, on fire event here]."

Last week in specific I was sick for half the week, so people trying to get a reply out of us weren't always lucky in reaching anyone. In catching up, the people with the "Hey my credit card was double billed" type questions were front of the line, and I haven't worked my way through the backlog.
